Now that Twellow has grown to over a thousand categories, we’ve been looking at allowing Twellow users to search those categories. We’ve just implemented a feature on search results pages that shows any categories that might match your search terms. This should make it easier to find profiles that you are interested in, as well as being able to see if we have a category that matches your interests without needing to scan our entire list of categories on our “All Categories” page. This will make Twellow easier to use and understand for a lot of people.

A big positive to using Twitter is being able to connect with people who share common interests. But it can also be overwhelming to be following hundreds or thousands of poeple, with a lot of them not offering the value you are looking for. It can also be critical that you know who might be following you without your realizing. That’s why we’ve introduced the “Non-Mutuals” feature of Twellow’s Friends and Followers tabs. (more…)
