As Twitter continues to grow, so do the lists of friends (or “followings”) and followers people are accumulating. We’ve had a few people run into a limit in our Twellow search that prevented people with large numbers of friends and followers from searching within those lists.

Search FriendsWith this in mind we’ve analyzed our systems and increased the limit to 524,288. This number should cover the vast majority of our users. For those with more followers or friends than this, we’ll keep an eye on system performance to see if this limit can be increased in the future.

Happy Searching!

One of the things we often read people commenting on is the difficulty in managing followers and followings for Twitter. Twellow has introduced a few new features that will help in sifting through your followers and those whom you follow.
